As an official Take Your Daughter host facility, you must:

Offer a playing opportunity with free greens fees to junior girls who are accompanied by a paying adult.
Offer a free instructional clinic.
Consider offering other special events such as fashions shows and tournaments to enhance the experience for participants.
After completing this form, your information will be promoted on PlayGolfAmerica.com, along with a link to your facility's Play Golf America web page.

Complete the registration below to become an official Patriot Golf Day host facility. Identify if you would like to be promoted on PlayGolfAmerica.com, or select not to be shown to consumers.
Participating facilities will receive a promotional tool kit by mail.
Patriot Golf Day will be promoted from Sept. 4-7, 2009. The goal is for participating facilities to collect a minimum $1 donation from every golfer (in addition to the normal greens fee) to benefit the Folds of Honor Foundation to support families of those who have become disabled or lost their lives in the line of military duty.
Facilities will have flexibility on donation collection options including running tournaments/contests, using lessons, silent auctions, or hosting the event a different weekend.
