Host Facility Info & Application

Get Golf Ready is a nationally branded program with two main goals:

     1. Bring new people into golf in a fast, fun and affordable way; and
     2. Bring former golfers back to the sport

The objective is to deliver a consistent Get Golf Ready experience with an affordable price at golf facilities, where students will learn the game through a series of group lessons and transition to on-going playing opportunities.

Golf Professionals and operators are encouraged to become approved, host Get Golf Ready programs, benefit from national support and generate new business.

Upon approval, each facility will receive a package of marketing materials.

Apply to become a Get Golf Ready Certified Facility

1. Review the Get Golf Ready criteria
2. Complete the Get Golf Ready Application
3. Applications will be evaluated based on plans to satisfy Get Golf Ready criteria, i.e. only those that display the means and commitment to properly implement this program will be designated as certified facilities.
4. Upon approval, each certified facility will receive an official package of materials as well as links to additional online resources.

Many Professionals currently offer new golfer player development programs. Get Golf Ready allows for flexibility in the delivery of the program. Take advantage of this national promotion and the visibility Get Golf Ready can provide for your facility.

Get Golf Ready facilities will offer:

• An affordable five-lesson package (suggest $99 per person)
• Golf instruction in a group setting with 8:1 student/teacher ratio
• Provide an on-course playing experience as part of each lesson
• Promote your facility and events online (see below)
• Use of golf equipment at no additional cost

Take advantage of the industry-wide national marketing campaign for Get Golf Ready. All promotions will drive consumers to GetGolfReady.com. As an approved facility, if you have posted an event within the last year, your facility will be promoted online. We invite you to take it one step further and post your events online with two new options:

1. Promote events online and take registration via the PGA Tool powered by ACTIVE Network:
   • Accept online payment - reduce no shows
   • List your events on PGA.com and ACTIVE.com (reaching 102 million visitors per year,) in addition to GetGolfReady.com and PlayGolfAmerica.com
   • Link your facility's website to your event registration
2. Promote facility online via the Traditional Event Creation Tool:
   • Best suited for facilities looking for just name and schedule exposure, private clubs, or those prohibited from using third-party payment and database name sharing
   • List your facility and Get Golf Ready eventson GetGolfReady.com and PlayGolfAmerica.com
   • Reach 600,000 visitors per year
