Get Golf Ready Facility Application

Thank you for your interest in the Get Golf Ready program. To submit an application for your facility, please choose from the following two options:

• PGA Members – Use your PGALinks login information to access your Get Golf Ready facility application.
  If you are employed at multiple facilities, please complete an application for each location.
• Other Manager (LPGA, Owners, Managers, Etc.) – If you do not have a PGALinks login, search for your facility to begin the application process.
